This is the minimum required to start a build project. If you feel you are capable, you can create the rest of the kit on your own. You also have the option to purchase additional components that will make the build go easier and faster. For example, you could buy the spars, the sail, the rudder, the servo, a radio transmitter, as well as the electronics and hardware.
